AsyncRacing is a drag-racing game that builds virtual races from real measured acceleration data. Practice-tier telemetry recorded with a phone is for entertainment and is clearly labeled UNVERIFIED — it is not a certified performance measurement and must not be relied upon as one.
Record runs only at a sanctioned, closed-course drag strip, and only when it is safe and legal to do so. Never operate the app, a phone, or any recording device while driving on a public road. Do not use AsyncRacing to encourage, time, or score street racing. The app does not capture or score public-road runs, and it confirms you are inside a recognized venue before recording. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and lawfully. AsyncRacing and its makers are not responsible for any injury, damage, or legal consequence arising from your driving.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not attempt to submit falsified telemetry, impersonate others, or manipulate leaderboards. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms or compromise fair play.
Do not reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Measured and corrected numbers are estimates and may contain error.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
